What you’re holding is the first in a new exploratory series of IPA dubbed I’ve Got An Idea! The goal of this series is to explore and evaluate how manipulating processes and injecting new ingredients into our repertoire affects our unique base IPA. The purpose is to deepen our understanding of how slight or large tweaks affect the end result and to continue evolving and improving our skills as brewers. Part 1 sees us swapping out our familiar malts and utilizing entirely locally grown malts and oats from Proximity Malt. A blend of our favorite citric American hops and our house Fidelio yeast are still front and center as you would expect, but it brings us happiness to utilize raw materials grown just a few hours from our brewery
