Can I get my beer cold?

Cold beer delivery is available only to those that live within on our next day or same day delivery radius. Please see the question below for further details.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the state of New York through UPS and Uptown Fresh (our own fulfillment network). We also offer free same day delivery within .4 miles, same day between .4-20, and next day delivery.

How does shipping work?

Depending on the service that you choose, we will send out your beer in an enclosed, safe, and reliable packing through UPS so that it reaches you in your desired time; if you land in a zip code dominantly Uptown Fresh we will send it through our own trucks. Shipping via ground is usually an estimated 3-7 days. 

What's the delivery schedule?

Order before 5PM (Mon-Sat) and get it the same day. 

**Arrives between 5PM-8PM**

On Sundays order before 3PM.

**Arrives between 3PM-6PM**

What happens an item is broken on the delivery?

Any order item that is broken during a delivery or at any part of the supply chain that was paid for will be reimbursed. Please note that bank refunds may take time to process and become visible which is typically 2-3 business days.

How accurate is the inventory?

The inventory is 98.8% accurate, and yes we actually calculated it.
