Groovy Cuvee takes our favorite features wine and beer combines them to create a unique and alluring hybrid. Fermented first with a house-blend of sour yeast, we added Traminette grape must at high kraussen, and aged the beer in fresh Chardonnay barrels. Pear juice was added as a final touch for subtle sweetness and a hint of fresh fruit. The result is light and refreshing, with a slightly vinous quality
