This delightfully drinkable heavily fruited sour ale was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Uptown Beverage in Rotterdam, NY using real Pink Guava puree and Tangerine concentrate. This beer is tart, but balanced, with a mouthfeel you can only get with higher fruit additions. The pink guava lends a juicy tropical note, that is further accented by the bright citrus from the tangerine.
